1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MACProbe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MACProbe provides MAC address vendor lookup functionality via a website and, for eligible users, a programmatic API. Data is sourced from the IEEE OUI registry and refreshed periodically; MACProbe does not guarantee absolute completeness or real-time accuracy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, (b) use automated scraping outside of the provided API, (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes, or (d) resell or redistribute bulk data obtained from the Service without authorization.

4. API Usage

API access is subject to the usage limits associated with your assigned plan. MACProbe reserves the right to suspend or revoke API keys for violations of these Terms or abnormal usage patterns indicating abuse.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

MACProbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
